Start Date for using is Sunday June 6 th 2021
Our new alarm system is monitored by a monitoring company.

They will be notified of any alarm that is sounded and start a process of dispatching the appropriate response

team.

It is important to ensure that there are no false alarms.
(We had several with the last system)

If you should unintentionally set off the alarm there is a phone number located at the bottom of the key pad (Must open access panel on keypad in coffee shop to see the phone number) that you will need to call to report a false alarm. You will be asked for a safe word. That word is “JESUS”.

Arming And Disarming The System:

Enter only through the Coffee Shop door or the Children’s door.
Alarm will sound immediately if any other door is opened.

 

Coffee Shop

The key pad is located on the short wall next to the men’s restroom.

 

DISARMING THE SYSTEM
YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS TO DISARM THE SYSTEM BEFORE THE ALARM SOUNDS.
Step 1. Open access panel on front of key pad.
Step 2. Press the # key to wake up the screen.
Step 3. Key in your 4-digit code. (This deactivates the alarm)
Step 4. Close the access panel.

ARMING THE SYSTEM
Step 1. Open the access panel on the front of the keypad.
Step 2. Press the # key to wake up the screen.
Step 3. Press “AWAY” key (Hold key for at least 3 seconds) (Exit delay in progress will show on screen.)
Step 4. Close access panel.

YOU HAVE 1 MINUTE TO EXIT THE COFFEE SHOP BEFORE ALARM SOUNDS

Children’s Ministry Door
It is no longer necessary to disarm the alarm from the coffee shop.
You can now do it from the children’s check in area.
Key pad is located next to the Monitor.

Disarming the system
YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS TO DISARM THE SYSTEM ONCE THE CHILDRENS MIMISTY DOOR HAS
BEEN OPENED
Step 1. Touch the screen to wake it up.
Step 2. Key in your 4-digit code. (This will disarm the system)

To arm the system
Step 1. Touch the screen to wake it up.
Step 2. Key in your 4-digit code.
Step 3. Touch “Partition 1”.
Step 4. Touch “Arm Away”
