Regardless of the role, the mission remains the same:
To raise up the next generation of Christ-followers—students who are rooted in God’s Word,
confident in their faith, and bold in sharing the Gospel. Our desire is to foster a strong sense of
community among the youth and help them feel deeply connected to the church body.
Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the Youth Group on Sunday mornings (has the gift of teaching.)
• Lead Monday night Youth Group gatherings (every other week), with a focus on
discipleship. There is flexibility on for the leader to make changes and adapt the format
as led.
• Coordinate monthly youth service opportunities within the church and plan occasional
events
• Connect with and do outreach activities with the local high schools
• Oversee a team of volunteers
• Communicate with Parents and build relationships with kids and families
• Attend weekly staff meetings on Tuesdays and assist with broader church activities. (For
the part time positions only not the volunteer coordinator)
• Willing to commit to a minimum 24-month term of service
• Sign our Statement of Faith and Moral & Spiritual Conduct Policy
